This team is known for creating scalable systems that streamline complex processes, integrate effortlessly with other tools, and adapt intelligently to change.They are now looking for a Backend Developer to join their experienced team and help deliver bespoke automation solutions to a growing client base.The Role:As a Backend Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and building robust backend services that support advanced workflow and task automation systems. You'll work closely with AI/ML specialists to integrate natural language processing capabilities and ensure the systems scale effectively with high volumes of concurrent workflows.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable APIs and services for workflow automation and agent orchestration
• Integrate NLP features with backend services in collaboration with AI engineers
• Maintain system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the design of new backend components
• Solve complex technical challenges with innovative thinking

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of backend development experience with C# and .NET Core
• Proficiency in Python, especially for AI/ML model development
• Experience with tools like LangChain and LangGraph
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
