The Role: General Manager - Co-working Site

Salary: €55,000 pa + Bonus + Perks
Our client is home to a stunning portfolio of flexible office spaces and they are growing across Europe. A very exciting role has been created as they launch a new site in The Hague.
We are looking for a dynamic Manager who has experience as either a Sales Manager, Operations Manager or Community Manager in the Co-working / Flexible office space sectors to join the team and be involved from pre-opening stage.

What you will do:
- Lead the team to deliver the best member journey
- Create a proactive and empowering workplace for our the team and members through your leadership and positive approach to building relationships
- Achievement of stabilised occupancy of 90% within 12 months of trading
- Achievement of the overall location budget; costs and sales on meeting room and ancillary revenue targets
- Manage all business administration within the location including accounts, finance, reporting, marketing, sales, facilities, health and safety and human resources.
- Management of the location third party service providers to ensure the company standards and Customer journey are upheld
- Proactive participation in the group's growth strategy through sharing of leads, ideas and best practice and new location openings support
- Ensuring the safety and compliance of the building to agreed and required standards with updated and in use risk assessments and health & safety protocols
Responsibilities
Proactive sales & marketing
- Manage a pipeline of sales through proactive prospecting of leads, reactive enquiry management and conversion via HubSpot.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities, leasing stats and occupancy and potential leads for the wider group to the Regional Manager.
- Identify any “soft” periods in the leasing cycle and suggest proactive strategies to combat these
Tennant & Community
- Create a proposed calendar of community activities/events to enhance your community engagement, review and report on performance/uptake
- Establish a regular routine of contact with your members to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations and to scout future opportunities
Team & People
- Assist with recruitment of your location team members
- Train your teams to deliver the Customer Journey
Suppliers & third parties
- Manage relationships building suppliers/third parties in a professional and collaborative manor, maximising the value in both commercial and service levels.
- Evaluate SLA's to ensure adherence, with revisions being agreed on as required to maintain standards
Business administration
- Management in line with the company standards of upkeep, input and reporting
- HubSpot - ensuring the system is being used in line with standards for all delegated and personally managed tasks
