Zeplin Security Group Inc is a successful, established company looking to fill an onsite Admin Assistant position. This is a unique position requiring independence, flexibility, and experience. The successful candidate will possess the following Qualifications and Responsibilities.
- 10 years of Administrative and/or Secretary experience required
- College degree in business preferred
- Confidentiality is extremely important
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Professional appearance with business attire required
- Normal business hours required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including possible overtime, occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- General computer skills are required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Answering phones and communicating with customers
- Ability to work directly with the owner, service tech, and bookkeeper
- Willingness to learning our specialized software
- Perform all other office tasks
