Project Manager - Change Delivery - Investments - Glasgow - 18 months FTC Are you ready to drive change that creates an impact for one of the world's leading Investment Banks?We are working with a major player in the financial industry, who are looking to recruit a talented Change/Transformation Project Manager in their Glasgow offices, to spearhead critical initiatives on a long-term fixed term contract basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your expertise in managing change and transformation projects while collaborating with global teams to shape the future of investment services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for change / transformation initiatives, from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments and geographies to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to drive project execution with excellence.
  • Implement change management processes and strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise resistance to change.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation measures to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with global teams, vendors, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing change/transformation projects within the Investment Banking or Financial Services sector.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of investment banking/investment services processes, systems, and industry trends would be a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly organised, conscientious and with the ability to thrive in ever changing environments.
  • Flexibility to work onsite 2-3 days a week is expected
