Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in Mandarin and has experience in managing warehouse operations, including working with temporary staff for loading and unloading containers, palletising loads, and coordinating deliveries.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the receipt of containers and manage the unloading process with temporary staff.
• Ensure goods are palletised correctly and stored efficiently.
• Manage and communicate the goods in/goods out schedule to ensure smooth operations.
• Organise deliveries and update relevant information in the system to keep track of inventory and dispatch.
• Arrange for pickup and delivery of goods, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to manage the warehouse layout and optimise processes.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience in using warehouse management software and databases.
