HV Fitter Required - BESS Site🔌
We're looking for an experienced HV Fitter to join a major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. This role is ideal for someone with strong, hands‑on earthing expertise and a background in HV, substation, or BESS environments.

📍 Location: Eccles, Coldstream, TD12 4LX

💰 Rate: CIS

Key Responsibilities & Expertise Needed
Must have experience with:
✔️ Below‑ground earthing installation: tape, rods, grids, mats
✔️ Confidently reading and interpreting earthing drawings
✔️ Exothermic welding, with strong skills in brazing
✔️ Connections to AIS steelwork
✔️ Ability to fabricate/manufacture components to design specification
✔️ Installation of above‑ground earth bars & structural bonding
✔️ Previous HV / Substation / BESS experience is essential

Certifications:
✔️ CSCS / ECS required
✔️ IPAF or Telehandler ticket is a bonus
