HR Advisor

Part-time (25 hours) | Office-based with travel across local sites

Salary: FTE Salary: £31,791 per annum

£21,480.41 per annum, for 25 hours per week

What you’ll be doing

• Providing practical HR advice to managers, using up-to-date UK employment law
• Leading on a range of employee relations cases (attendance, performance, disciplinary, grievance)
• Supporting managers through formal meetings and coaching them to strengthen their people skills
• Managing key parts of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and HR system updates
• Analysing HR data and producing meaningful reports
• Getting involved in HR projects, organisational change and development initiatives
• Supporting recruitment checks and onboarding through an ATS

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in an HR environment
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident handling ER cases independently
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems

Desirable but not essential

• Experience with HRIS or ATS
• HR-related qualifications
