Take charge of the used car operation, from stock sourcing and pricing to display and digital listings.
Lead and inspire a talented sales team to consistently smash targets.
Drive finance penetration and profitability using your expert selling strategies.
Ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, memorable experience from first contact to vehicle handover.

? What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager, or Used Car Manager in a main dealer setting.
Deep knowledge of used car valuations, stock management, and digital sales channels.
A natural leader with the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead from the front.
Results-focused, customer-obsessed, and always hungry to exceed expectations.
Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
