Amenity Groundworker & Excavator Operator

£36,000 - £42,000 + Overtime | Company Van | Permanent Role

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join a growing contractor delivering high-quality projects across sports pitches, drainage, landscaping, and environmental works.

This is a hands-on position working on varied sites, from sports facilities to rural and commercial projects - ideal for someone who enjoys being out on site and takes pride in doing the job properly.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating plant (360, dumper, telehandler, roller)
Groundworks including excavation, drainage, and foundations
Concrete works and general site duties
Supporting projects from start to finish as part of a close-knit team

What We're Looking For

3+ years' plant operating experience
Valid 360 Excavator ticket (CPCS/NPORS)
Groundworks or civils background
Full UK driving licence
Reliable, team-focused, and proactive(HGV licence or additional tickets are a bonus - training available)
