Welsh Speaking Assessor

Hoop PS&HR are excited to be working with a forward-thinking and employee-focused organisation who are seeking a Fluent Welsh Speaking Assessor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in North Wales, that comes with a salary of up to £27,000. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality training and assessments, ensuring positive outcomes and continuous improvement in company performance.

As an Assessor, you will support learners through training programs, assess their progress, and maintain compliance with awarding body standards. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on learners' journeys while growing and developing your own career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update the internal system in accordance with the Code of Practice.

* Monitor and ensure accurate completion of trainee documentation.

* Record positive learning outcomes and ensure they are stored correctly within the system.

* Deliver high-quality training programs to assigned learners, ensuring high standards are maintained.

* Stay up to date with Work-Based Learning Professional Standards and the Education Workforce Code of Practice.

* Develop and plan personal learning plans, creating clear learning routes for trainees, and providing additional support where needed.

* Maintain accurate attendance records and guided contact hours to meet audit requirements.

* Deliver in-house training sessions and contribute to the creation of course materials and resources.

* Ensure learner achievements are accurately recorded, meeting all awarding body requirements.

Requirements:

* Fluent Welsh Speaker - essential for the role.

* A1 Assessor Award (or equivalent qualification).

* Relevant occupational competence in the training area.

* Experience in delivering work-based learning.

* Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.

* Understanding of safeguarding and GDPR.

* Full driving license with access to own vehicle.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

* Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
