Seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineerto support TimeScape, a time, attendance, and production tracking software. Production data of field-service employees (such as landscapers and home health care employees) is collected via smartphones and devices, which automates data collection for service-based employees. Data including job names, GPS locations, times, tasks, and material consumption are collected throughout the workday and automatically downloaded to our software system. In addition to extensive reporting and data analysis within our software, the data integrates into our client’s existing business systems for invoicing, payroll, and job costing. The system was developed within our parent company to address a true business need and we have grown into an independent company through our 15-year history and become the leader within our market. We are dedicated to continuously bring new and valuable functionality to our clients and prospects. We have a strong installed client base that collectively has over 8,000 mobile employees deployed daily.
