What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a General or SEN Teaching Assistant
  • A nurturing, patient, and compassionate approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a variety of classroom environments
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and pupils
  • Confidence in supporting behaviour management strategies
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for education
