Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Redditch
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in freight forwarding or logistics who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing a professional and responsive service

Prepare and provide accurate quotations for existing customers via email and telephone

*

Manage and develop key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

*

Proactively engage with existing clients to encourage repeat business and re-bookings

*

Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently

*

Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and internal stake holders.

*

Maintain strong knowledge of international freight operations, including both import and export processes

*

Liaise with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate pricing

Requirements:

*

Previous experience within freight forwarding or logistics (air, sea, or road)

*

Strong understanding of international imports and exports

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

*

Confident handling quotations and customer enquiries

*

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts

*

Operational background within freight/logistics is highly desirable
