Our client is a successful Mortgage Brokerage, focusing on the commercial sector.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting clients from mortgage application through to completion, working closely with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and providers to keep things moving smoothly and professionally.
It’s a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of admin experience who wants to develop in a fast-paced, rewarding role with a clear progression path.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients once their application has been submitted
- Uploading documents to lender portals and chasing updates
- Liaising with solicitors, lenders and providers to keep cases progressing
- Completing ID checks, AML and compliance admin
- Keeping the in-house system updated with accurate notes
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of administration experience ideally
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- A proactive, supportive, detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
There is bonus with this role, and a realistic OTE of £28-30k. Basic salary of 26k if you have experience.
