We are excited to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Curriculum Team Leader in Plumbing, a vital leadership role within their technical and vocational provision. You will oversee the planning, delivery, and quality assurance of plumbing and building services engineering programmes across both Further and Higher Education.

About the Role

You will lead the curriculum development and performance of Plumbing programmes, ensuring they are innovative, industry-aligned, and support both learner progression and regional workforce needs.

Working closely with the Director of Campus and senior leadership team, you'll support learner recruitment, quality improvements, and employer engagement, ensuring all programmes meet internal and external standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Plumbing education while developing strong links with local employers and apprenticeship providers.

What We're Looking For:

Substantial industry experience in Plumbing or Building Services

*

Proven leadership within curriculum teams in an FE/HE setting

*

Experience designing and delivering technical programmes that reflect industry standards and future skills needs

*

Recognised teaching qualification and a Level 5 (or higher) vocational qualification in Plumbing or related trade

*

Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent), with a management qualification or demonstrable leadership training
