Customer support Administrator
Are you available for a 2 month temp booking that could potentially go further?
I'm looking for a customer driven Administrator who can help support a team with the digital editing team - you do not need experience within this sector but will need a customer service background.

The department is designed to develop online courses

Hybrid Working 3 Days Working From Home
This role is paying £12.75-£14ph
35 hour week
Based in Stevenage
Weekly pay

What you will do as a Customer Support Administrator:

* Answering customer queries and assisting with any problems they have accessing or using the website and/or e-learning platform
* Liaising with external contractors including freelance project editors
* Overseeing the permissions process, working with the permissions contractor to ensure permissions for images and articles are granted and paid for
* Registering learners and managing customer data
* Run customer reports as per each customer contract and weekly and monthly sales reports as requested
* Processing refunds
* To ensure purchase orders are raised and invoices are paid in a timely manner
* To ensure that all content-associated information and pricing is uploaded to relevant systems, is displaying correctly and circulated with colleagues

What you will need for Customer Support Administrator
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent IT abilities and experience with MS office
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage busy workload
* An ability to engage and work with all stakeholders
* Able to work productively on their own initiative - must be self-motivated
* An excellent communicator with a strong customer service ethic
