Do you have strong admin skills, the ability to multitask, the confidence to work with initiative and experience with vehicle leasing and/or sales? Then this opportunity could be for you.

Due to their 5\*reputation and consistent delivery of service excellence, our client are looking for an experienced Hire Administrator to support the manager in the day to day running and operations of the depot.

As the Hire Administrator, some duties will include:

- Coordinating the hire of equipment On and off hire admin
- Diary management of drivers including route planning
- Account invoicing, taking payments and bank/post office runs
- Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
- Main reception duties being first point of contact
- Thorough customer services from enquiry to order to complaint handling
- Dealing with suppliers, ordering equipment
- Completing visual checks of equipment training given
