Location: Farnborough, Fleet & Frimley
Salary: Up to £41,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a leading FM company covering three key commercial sites across Farnborough, Fleet, and Frimley. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on planned and reactive maintenance.

The Role

*

Carrying out PPM (planned preventative maintenance) on commercial systems

*

Responding to reactive electrical maintenance issues across sites

*

Fault finding and minor installations

*

Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and site safety standards

*

Liaising with site teams and helpdesk for smooth task completion

What You'll Need

*

18th Edition wiring regulations

*

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

*

Previous experience in a commercial FM or building services environment

*

Full UK driving licence
