They are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to support their established customer base. The role

Process spare part orders for existing customers
Prepare and issue accurate quotations for both new and existing clients
Provide administrative support to various internal departments
Coordinate and manage parts for scheduled jobs
Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of goods in/out within internal systems
Communicate effectively with national and international suppliers
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries via email
Perform general administrative tasks as required 
The candidate 

Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Immediate availability is highly desirable
