Social Media and Marketing Assistant wanted for a Homeware Retailer

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £20-25k

My client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Assistant to provide generalised support across the whole marketing department. The ideal candidate must have a passion for creating written content, have a good eye for detail and be both creatively and analytically inclined. They must also demonstrate willingness to be involved in a wide range of disciplines within the field of marketing and have a desire to learn new skills in this diverse role.

Key to the role will be the ability to develop and implement Social Media strategies across the social space to achieve agreed objectives and targets, including channel growth, audience engagement, brand love and other defined social metrics.

Candidate Profile:
 Previous experience in social media & marketing in a business environment preferred
 Demonstrable ability to create excellent written content
 Knowledge of Microsoft packages - Including good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint &
Word.
 Data analysis desirable
 Previous use of creative design packages (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Fotor etc)
