Manage full-cycle sea freight import shipments

Liaise with overseas agents, suppliers, and customers

Use CargoWise to manage shipments and maintain accurate data

Monitor shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues

Handle documentation and customs clearance processes

Coordinate final delivery to clients

Ensure all client SOPs and KPIs are met

Support invoicing and job costing

Build strong, long-term client relationships
