We're seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to support Key Stage 2 pupils with SEMH needs, including autism and trauma. You will deliver tailored learning and provide a nurturing environment that supports both academic and emotional development.

This role requires patience, resilience, and a strong understanding of supporting pupils with complex needs, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and engaged in learning.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with SEND and SEMH pupils
• Strong understanding of autism and trauma-informed practice
• Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
