Adecco are delighted to support our client in their search. You will have the opportunity to be a brand manager and will be involved in supporting a small team to motivate, mentor, drive sales, ensuring excellent customer service and brand recognition.

We are looking for someone who has previous retail experience and knowledge to deliver a fantastic retailer experience. Someone who can confidently work well in a team and also be able to lead and help mentor, supervise and motivate a small team of staff.

About you:

As a concession supervisor we would look for someone who is open and honest with good communication between both your team and customers. You would be expected to have excellent customer management skills and be able to handle all customer related issues, making decisions for the best interests of the customers.

About the role:

The concession store is open 7 days a week and you would be working a variation of hours within store opening hours this will also require some weekend work.

Knowledge of the industry and trends is essential. Your role would be to maintain the store visual image and merchandising, helping to drive sales goals. Maintaining a customer-centric view and ensuring your team are mentored and motivated.
