The Company:

With continued growth in wireless and connected technologies, they are expanding their testing team to support increasing demand across RF and electronic products.

The Role:

This is a hands-on position within a specialist laboratory environment, focused on testing wireless and electronic devices against industry standards.

You'll work with a wide range of technologies including WiFi, Bluetooth, and other communication systems — playing a key role in ensuring products are safe, compliant, and ready for market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct testing of electronic and RF/wireless devices in line with regulatory standards

* Set up and operate laboratory-based test equipment

* Record, analyse, and interpret test data and results

* Support the preparation of technical reports and documentation

* Work closely with engineers and internal teams to ensure testing requirements are met

* Maintain lab equipment and ensure testing is carried out safely and accurately

* Keep up to date with evolving wireless technologies and standards

Requirements:

* Degree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

* Exposure to RF principles through university projects, coursework, or industry experience

* Familiarity with RF test equipment such as signal generators and spectrum analysers (hands-on or academic exposure)

* Understanding of electronic testing methods and laboratory environments

* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to technical work

* Good communication skills and ability to work within a team

Eligibility:

* Candidates must have the right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years

* Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role
