What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting Customer Development & Product Managers with daily tasks
*
Setting up new products and updating pricing data with precision
*
Becoming the in-house expert on the quotation tool
*
Creating and managing special pricing files
*
Running reports and analysing trends on lapsed/lost clients
*
Handling supplier queries and managing surcharges
*
Coordinating directly with customers and maintaining spotless records
Who You Are:
*
You've got at least 2 years of experience in customer care or internal sales
*
You're confident using ERP and CRM systems
*
You bring energy, attention to detail, and great communication to everything you do
*
You thrive on being the go-to person who gets things done
