You must be a car driver or located within Witham due to public transport constraints with the shift pattern.

We're looking for those who like a physical role, who are detail-oriented and who would be comfortable working with furnaces (full PPE provided). If you've worked in commercial kitchens, with industrial ovens, hands-on manufacturing roles, construction and trades -or feel like this would be something you would enjoy - we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Working as part of a close-knit team you'll be trained to prepare materials using high-temperature equipment. This is a hands-on, physically active role that combines precision work with practical skills.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Accurate weighing and measuring of materials
• Preparing and mixing materials in controlled conditions
• Operating industrial furnaces to melt samples at high temperatures
• Pouring molten material into moulds with precision and care
• Moving materials using hand-held pump trucks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent attention to detail - accuracy is critical
• Good communication skills and a team player mentality
• Flexible approach to work and working hours
• Maths or Science GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
• Happy to learn new technical skills

• Commercial kitchen backgrounds (chefs, kitchen assistants, prep cooks)
• Manufacturing and production environments (CNC operators, assembly workers, fabricators)
• Industrial or construction roles requiring precision and physical work
