White Plains CPA firm is looking for a full time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant:


Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones
  • Process tax returns for mailing
  • Filing
  • Bookkeeping
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Various administrative duties


Qualifications include:

  • Both good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of payroll and sales taxes.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and general computer savvy.


Salary Range $35,000 to $40,000 Plus Benefits
