Team Administrator

Bognor Regis

One year fixed term contract

Salary - £20,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience

Our client is a well-established leading company in their field of bespoke life safety, fire and security systems. They are looking for an organised, adaptable and confident administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment to join their team.

Duties Include…

Receiving, logging, and accurately recording deliveries (This will require unpacking of

deliveries and manual handling)

Logging/processing of engineer's paperwork, checking engineers' timesheets and updating engineers diaries and schedules
Booking and scheduling site visits via phone/email and updating systems/database as

requested by team members.

Preparing and raising purchase orders for subcontractors/suppliers as requested.
Assisting the Service Team with report writing, contract/paperwork set up and

archiving.

Joint management of the info email address ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly

and efficiently.

Closing contracts/works in line with procedures.
Updating of supplier prices lists within the access database and communicating to the

team.

Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers via telephone

You must be…

Able to work and adapt in a fast paced and growing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a flexible attitude, be approachable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Strong IT skills set

Experience.

Experience of customer service and administration in an office environment is desirable

Working hours

Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.30pm (currently trialling a 4 day week)
