We are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee roofing projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial performance across allocated contracts, controlling costs and achieving profitability targets.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards, promoting a zero incident culture.

Plan and coordinate labour and subcontractors effectively to maximise productivity.

*

Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service standards.

*

Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management.

About You

Proven experience within a roofing environment, with knowledge of systems and materials.

*

Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements.

*

Commercially aware with excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

Proactive, self motivated and confident leading teams.
