Salary: £50,000 per annum plus many benefits ​

About the Role: Our award-winning client is seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to lead multiple outbound campaigns through HubSpot, driving lead generation and nurturing efforts. ​ This strategic and hands-on role requires expertise in campaign management, lead scoring, and funnel optimisation to deliver high-quality leads to the sales team. ​To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience in either a telecoms or technology background due to the role being very technical in its requirements.

Key Responsibilities: ​

Design and execute outbound campaigns targeting various customer segments (e.g., vertical campaigns, disqualified leads, new customers, open opportunities). ​
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and buyer personas. ​
Implement and maintain lead scoring models to prioritise high-value prospects. ​
Ensure smooth hand off of qualified leads to the Sales team and provide feedback to improve lead quality. ​
Create nurture campaigns for strategic products in collaboration with the Product Proposition Manager and Vendors. ​
Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using HubSpot tools. ​
Optimise email workflows, sequences, and landing pages to increase engagement and conversions. ​
What We're Looking For: ​

Essential Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or cloud communications). ​
Proven success in managing outbound campaigns using HubSpot. ​
Strong understanding of lead scoring, customer lifecycle, and funnel optimisation. ​
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools. ​
Ability to track and optimise KPIs to drive campaign performance. ​
Excellent project management and communication skills. ​
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. ​
Desirable Skills:

Experience with Zoom, Mitel, and 8x8. ​
AI marketing experience. ​
Working Arrangements: ​

Hybrid working scheme: Office days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and remote days (Tuesday, Thursday).
Employees living over 40 miles from the office are primarily home-based, with monthly office attendance. ​
