This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with M&A experience or those looking to make a first move into corporate finance from audit or transaction services.Key Responsibilities

• Supporting on M&A transactions from origination through to completion
• Financial modelling, valuations, and analysis
• Preparing client presentations, information memorandums, and reports
• Conducting market research and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, investors, and external advisors
• Supporting senior team members on deal execution 

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
• M&A / transaction services experience OR strong desire to move into corporate finance
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
