Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a dedicated staff team at a well-respected nursing home in Cardiff.

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for the leadership and supervision of the nurse and care team, ensuring high-quality resident care, adherence to best practices, ensuring clinical excellence and overseeing staff support and development.

* Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN

* Must have Clinical Lead Nurse experience within a Nursing Home setting

This role has a competitive salary starting at £46,000 per annum. A benefits package can be provided, after an initial enquiry call has taken place.
