Reed Education are delighted to be working with a creative and forward-thinking secondary school in Northampton as they look to appoint a passionate, innovative, and dedicated Art Teacher on a full-time permanent basis from September.

The Role

The successful Art Teacher will:

• Teach Art across KS3–KS4, with KS5 available depending on experience
• Deliver imaginative, engaging lessons that promote creativity and technical development
• Support pupils in exploring a diverse range of artistic media, styles, and techniques
• Contribute to curriculum planning, whole-school arts events, exhibitions, and enrichment
• Work collaboratively within a vibrant Performing & Visual Arts faculty

What We’re Looking For

• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for visual arts
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire learners
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• QTS or equivalent qualification desirable, but not essential
