Who are they?

A new concept of casual dining inspired by the traditional Italian Café's and French rôtisserie concepts, and heavily based on Mediterranean food. They are flipping the script on traditional dining. They believe in good planning, great food and a team that feels more like a family. Creating a place where guest can enjoy delicious, honest food and outstanding drinks, and our employees can grow and thrive. Items are sourced from a London-based artisanal kitchens and from European, family-owned businesses, then finished in their deli-restaurant kitchen. With one site so far and the second on the horizon, this is a growing business with huge ambitions.

What will you get up to?

Be responsible for food orders from central kitchens and suppliers of Italian ingredients & menu items.
Manage the kitchen and train staff in food handling and delivery, preparing some of the menu items from scratch.
Assist in the product development for the existing restaurant and in the planning of new restaurants
Assist with stocking, replenishing supplies and inventory. Ultimately taking the lead of this function.
