Established manufacturer in Lawrenceville, GA hiring an experienced Human Resources professional to manage daily HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. 

$80,000 annual salary / In Office Mon-Fri /Direct Hire!

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing environment
• ADP experience required
• Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing
• FMLA, STD, LTD leave administration
• Benefits open enrollment coordination
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
• High integrity and confidentiality

What You'll Do:

• Lead talent acquisition and new hire onboarding
• Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Manage leave of absence tracking and administration
• Conduct employee orientations and resolve workplace concerns
• Drive employee engagement strategies
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and complete HR metrics reporting
• Administer wage/salary programs, merit planning, performance reviews
