This is a regional role, so the successful applicant will need to live within a commutable distance of the Reading area.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 & HSG 274

*

Producing accurate, detailed and actionable reports

*

Completing schematic drawings of water systems

*

Identifying non-compliance and advising on remedial actions

*

Building strong client relationships and offering professional advice on risk management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor

*

Strong understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274

*

Skilled in report writing and schematic drawings

*

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

*

Relevant City & Guilds qualifications (desirable)

*

Full UK driving licence

Package:

Up to £36,000 basic
