Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for providing safe, efficient, and effective delivery of assigned projects within agreed timelines and to a high level of quality. You will also be expected to provide clear scope, organisation, and management to assigned projects reporting progress and managing issues and risks throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact for client queries;
  • Responsible for being the guardian of the relationships with key account stakeholders with longevity of the contract as a driver;
  • Ensuring the efficient operational delivery of KSD Support Services Ltd works for the client;
  • Operate as the point of contact for key account stakeholders;
  • Develop and maintains long-term relationships with the client’s key stakeholders;
  • Ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion;
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting KSD Support Services Ltd goals;
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients;
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure a consistent service;
  • Maintain comprehensive records of activity with the client account and prepare reporting on that activity for KSD Support Services Ltd.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Project management, strategic planning, service application, logistics, and contract negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors;
  • Be able to forge effective working relationships through efficient oral communication skills both within KSD Support Services Ltd and externally;
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills;
  • Demonstrate the ability to forge effective working relationships through efficient oral communication skills both within KSD Support Services Ltd and with key client stakeholders;
  • Proven track record in Account Management particularly delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
  • Proficient in the use of IT platforms, Outlook, Word, Excel;
  • Suitable and appropriate level of experience to understand written instructions and be numerically competent for the role;
  • Promoting the highest standards of personal appearance and friendliness;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) desirable.
