Refrigerated Multi‑Drop Driver (Class 2)
Location: Luton
Salary: £17 - £19ph
Contract: Permanent
Role Summary
You will operate a Class 2 refrigerated vehicle to complete multi‑drop deliveries of chilled and frozen goods across London and surrounding areas. This role involves 6-10 drops per day. The role requires physical fitness, strong route‑planning skills, and the ability to maintain temperature‑controlled standards throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out multi‑drop deliveries using a Class 2 refrigerated truck.
* Load, secure, and unload chilled/frozen goods safely.
* Maintain correct temperature control during transit and at each drop.
* Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.
* Follow delivery schedules while adapting to London traffic conditions.
* Record PODs, temperature logs, and delivery documentation accurately.
* Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop.
* Comply with transport regulations, food‑safety standards, and health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Previous multi‑drop experience preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused

Licensing & Compliance

This role can be paid via PAYE or Umbrella, giving you flexibility to choose the option that suits you best. Rates of pay will vary
