Payroll Advisor

Manchester - Full-time

Up to £32,000

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join our team in Manchester. You'll support clients with payroll queries, make sure everything runs smoothly, and help resolve any complex issues.

Main duties:

Handle payroll queries from clients by phone and email
Give clear advice on payroll processes and legislation
Resolve complex payroll issues and follow cases through to completion
Keep accurate records of all advice and actions
Stay up to date with payroll rules and best practices
Build strong relationships with clients and provide great service

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a payroll role
Good understanding of UK payroll and tax regulations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly, professional attitude and a focus on great customer service
