Are you an experienced Coffee Engineer with a passion for delivering top-tier service? We're looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, covering the West Midlands and working with both bean-to-cup and traditional espresso machines.

The Role

You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of commercial coffee machines at customer sites. This role offers a great mix of autonomy, variety, and technical challenge in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Service, repair and maintain bean-to-cup and traditional coffee machines

Respond to breakdowns and perform routine maintenance

Carry out installations and commissioning of equipment

Provide excellent customer service on-site

Manage van stock and complete accurate job reports

What We're Looking For

Experience working with commercial coffee equipment (bean-to-cup & espresso essential)

Electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Full UK driving licence

Self-motivated and organised with a customer-first mindset

What You'll Get
