Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has excellent attention to detail, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the mortgage application process while also getting involved in wider business tasks including marketing, social media, and general admin.

This role would suit a proactive, organised individual who is comfortable handling both client communications and creative business support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting Mortgage Advisors with admin tasks linked to mortgage and protection applications

- Communicating with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties

- Preparing and checking documentation for accuracy and compliance

- Updating and maintaining internal CRM systems

- Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email

- Assisting with the creation and scheduling of social media content

- Supporting marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital content creation

- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider business

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a financial services is a must, 2-3 years experience

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

- Confident using digital tools and social media platforms

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Package and Benefits:

- £27,000 – £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

- Full time or part time available
