As part of our continued growth, we are seeking 2 experienced Business Support Administrator's to join our Fire & Security and Mechanical & Electrical division's, based in Edinburgh. If you are organised, proactive and able to provide excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

The successful Mechanical & Electrical candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

Invoicing reactive works upon completion according to customer specifications
Monitoring and invoicing monthly, quarterly, annual maintenance contracts
Account management of key accounts and large clients with multiple sites
Processing Engineer timesheets
Preparing and filing documents and photo's for completed works in readiness for return to client
Assisting with uploading reports / worksheets to client portalsThe successful Fire & Security candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

Providing day to day administrative support to the Service Co-ordinator's and Contract Manager's
Preparing documents and photos for completed works in readiness for return to client as required
Assisting with uploading reports / worksheets to client portals
Responding to internal and external email and telephone enquiries
Performing other routine administrative tasks as requiredKey Skills, Experience and Qualification's Required:

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Minimum National 5 Level of EducationIn Return We Offer:
