Location: Richmond Role: Art & Design Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3-4, encouraging a broad range of creative exploration.
* Inspire students to develop their skills in various artistic and design disciplines, fostering individual expression and innovation.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art and Design curriculum.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art and Design.
* Potentially lead extracurricular Art and Design clubs or contribute to school exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Art, Design, Fine Art, or a related field.

* Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art and design practices.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
