NonStop Care are working with a Good CQC Domiciliary Service in the Northwest, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced registered manager and have significant leadership experience.

About the Role

Lead and manage daily operations of the care service, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and support a team of care staff, including lead care coordinators, coordinators senior carers, and healthcare assistants.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Health and Social Care Act, Safeguarding, CQC regulations, and local authority standards.

Requirements

Registered Manager Status with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or willingness to obtain it.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting, ideally in a similar care environment.
