Reed is delighted to working exclusively our client based in Burton-on-Trent, working within community services who also operate in Stoke-on-Trent and Wigan. We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Officer to join on a temp-to-perm basis and play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across the organisation.What You’ll Be DoingAs our HR Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and colleagues
•    Managing the onboarding process for new starters
•    Inputting and maintaining accurate information in our HRIS
•    Producing timely and meaningful HR reports
•    Supporting managers with low-level employee relations matters
•    Coordinating and arranging training across our services
•    Ensuring smooth, supportive, and employee-focused HR processes throughoutWhat We’re Looking For
•    Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working toward it)
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy, fast-paced HR environment
•    Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
•    Solid understanding of HR processes and best practice
•    A proactive, organised, “hands-on” approach
•    A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel to other sites is essential)What We Offer
