A friendly, vibrant primary school in Kensington is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team this January, supporting pupils with autism to thrive both academically and socially.

About the Role:

Work closely with a child/children with autism, providing tailored one-to-one or small-group support

Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction

Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs

Collaborate with class teachers, SENCo, and external professionals

Create a compassionate, structured, and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with autism (school or care-setting experience welcome)

Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

A genuine passion for supporting SEND pupils to achieve their best
