Location: Greenford, London

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (based on experience)

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 5:00PM) - Monday to Friday

Hours: 8 Hours per day

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast-paced warehouse in the goods in department in Greenford. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all day shift warehouse activities.

Lead a team of 20-25 warehouse operatives, ensuring efficiency & compliance.

Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes.

Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff.

Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse (also warehouse operative experience is a plus).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of warehouse operations & health & safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong character and excellent organisational skills is a must
