Automotive Service Manager Rewards:

Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hire/train/develop top Automotive Service professionals
  • Achieve top tier customer satisfaction
  • Obtain the necessary monthly and 90 day warranty budget
  • Meet monthly Automotive Technician productivity goals
  • Achieve weekly & monthly vehicle reconditioning goals
  • Team with other location associates to meet company objectives

Automotive Service Manager Requirements:

  • 4+ years Automotive Management experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Automotive Service Management experience coupled with Automotive Technician experience is a plus
  • Experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Assistant Automotive Service Manager, Lead Service Writer, Automotive Retail Manager, Independent Automotive Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Lead Automotive Technician
  • A current, valid driver's license is necessary
  • Strong customer focus including negotiation and de-escalation skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Leadership ability to motivate a high performing team
  • Desire and ability to develop team members
  • Ability to learn and work with automotive software
  • Good automotive technical aptitude to work with Automotive Technicians
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
