We're looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join a long-term repair and modification programme, supporting the development and definition of wing structural design solutions on an initial Inside IR35 12 month Contract based in Bristol.

In this role, you'll work closely with stress, design, and project teams to deliver high‑quality CAD models and drawings (Catia V5) in support of ongoing repair activities.

What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Design Engineer?

Creating, updating, and maintaining parametric 3D models in Catia V5
Producing accurate 2D detail and installation drawings
Interpreting Airbus stress analysis data and project requirements to develop repair design solutions
Managing interfaces between wing structural components and systems
Considering manufacturing and installation constraints within design outputs
Contributing to structural repair design activities

What You'll Bring

Strong proficiency in Catia V5
Experience creating high‑quality parametric CAD models
Ability to produce clear, accurate engineering drawings
Ability to interpret stress and project inputs to produce design deliverables
Awareness of manufacturing, installation, and repair processes
