We're recruiting proactive and reliable SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants in LS10 for full-time positions (8:30am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri). These roles support children with additional needs, including complex behaviour and personal care, and require people with patience, understanding, and spark.

Role includes:

Supporting students with SEN or SEMH both in class and during interventions

Assisting with behaviour regulation and classroom engagement

Providing personal care when needed, with professionalism and care

Working as part of a team to deliver pupil-centred learning support

Being present, prepared and positive-every single day

Who we're looking for:

Experience in education, psychology, youth work or health/care support

Confident in managing challenging behaviour and maintaining boundaries

Excellent communication skills and high levels of emotional intelligence

Strong spoken and written English

DBS on the update service (or ready to apply)
